FTS Accounting supports detailed authorization for each function, data and user role, ensuring safety and effective control
FTS Accounting is designed with a flexible, multi-layered authorization system, meeting the administrative and security requirements of all types of businesses:
- Authorization by data hierarchy: Authorization for users to access data of each unit/branch in the hierarchical model or users are authorized to access the parent unit, the unit to summarize and view reports of the entire system
- Authorization by business subsystems: Authorization of users to access which subsystems in the system
- Authorization by function: Authorization to access, add/edit/delete data, or only allow viewing of certain reports.
- Authorization by data: Authorize users to view a part of the data: for example, warehouse users can only view the quantity of imports and exports but not the value of imports and exports
- Audit Trail: Save all user activities for easy checking and retrieval when needed.
