FTS School manages the entire canteen operation process — from meal registration, meal attendance tracking, and meal fee calculation to menu management, material consumption standards, and meal cost accounting.
Main functions:
- Online meal registration: Students/ teachers can pre-order meals via the web portal or POS devices at school.
- Menu management: Define daily or weekly menus, set material consumption standards, classify meal sizes, and calculate calories.
- Meal attendance & ticket printing: Record attendance through fingerprint, card, or code scanning; the system auto prints meal tickets and records meal fees.
- Material management: Auto generate material requirements based on registered meals, control stock issuance, and track inventory.
- Meal cost calculation: Compute material costs and determine the cost per dish and per meal.
- Meal fee notification: Auto send monthly meal fee details to parents or teachers via email.
With this module, the school cancontrol both meal quality and cost,save time management, and ensure transparency for parents.
