Overview:
- Electronic labor contract service is developed by FTSHRM Human Resource Management Software and integrated with EFY Vietnam Electronic Signature Solution Provider.
- All operations related to electronic contract signing are performed on FTSHRM software and the contract signing notification link is sent via email/SMS address.
- Meets legal and technical standards for electronic signatures in Vietnam. Easily integrates digital signatures, supports all USB Token devices, and is designed according to legal regulations.
Procedure:
Functions of the subsystem:
- Create and sign contracts directly on FTSHRM software.
- Allow contract adjustment, contract cancellation.
- After the contract is signed, the system will send notification via email and zalo.
- Look up contracts by rights and support rendering reports.
- The system warns when the contract expires and needs to be renewed.
- Supports the ability to exchange and integrate data with other management software: HRM, CRM, ERP. Helps synchronize data systems for users and managers.
- The contract has been digitally signed and data encrypted so it cannot be changed, so the content of the contract will be kept as secure as possible.
