FTS Solutions

Over 14 years, FTS has supported Nguyen Sieu Schools in implementing FTS School, integrating student management, tuition, services, and accounting on a single platform.

The system is deployed for two school units: Nguyen Sieu Primary School and Nguyen Sieu Secondary & High School, including the following modules:

Student Management: Maintain detailed student profiles, class assignment, and class transfers by academic year

Tuition & Fee Management: Define fee categories (meals, transportation, tuition, facilities, clubs), set prices, manage tuition packages, and send fee notifications to parents. Automatically calculate outstanding balances, speeding up collection and ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Track discounts, exemptions, and early payment incentives for precise debt management

Canteen Sales Management: Monitor student consumption and sales in school canteens

Comprehensive Accounting Management: Manage all accounting operations in a single system: cash & bank, receivables & payables, procurement, sales & inventory, VAT, fixed assets, cost allocation, and financial reporting

Automated E-Invoice Issuance: Based on tuition collection and settlement data, automatically issue e-invoices for students
