Job Description
Deploy, install, and guide customers in using FTS’s core software products, including:
- FTS Accounting: Accounting software
- FTS School Management: School management software
- FTS E-Invoice: Electronic invoicing solution
- FTS Insurance: Non-life insurance management software
- Collect and analyze business requirements from clients to develop and validate survey documents, customization specifications, and related materials.
- Support the sales team in consulting and solution design.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Female, aged 22–25 (including candidates about to graduate).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Auditing or Financial Accounting Informatics.
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive, good communication skills, effective teamwork, and able to work under high pressure.
- Experience using business analysis tools is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates with experience in finance, accounting, or software implementation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to systematize and manage documentation effectively.

Compensation
- Income when achieving 100% KPI: 10– 15 million VND/month
- Base salary: 7 – 9 million VND/month
- Base salary is fixed and not dependent on sales performance

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
