The APMB, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, is authorized by the Minister to manage ODA programs and projects, directly oversee the use of ODA funds, counterpart funds, and other sources (if any) for implementing technical assistance programs and investment projects in agriculture, fisheries, and rural development.
