Petrolimex Laos Co., Ltd. was established under the overseas investment project of Vietnam National Petrolimex Group (Petrolimex). The strategic partnership between Petrolimex and Chevron has enabled the company to develop a modern business model and directly distribute fuel in the Lao market. Petrolimex Laos operates a network consisting of the parent company and 18 fuel depots and retail stations nationwide, providing high-quality petroleum products, fuel, and technical services to customers across Laos.
To standardize processes, enhance management efficiency, and expand its operations in line with long-term strategic goals, Petrolimex Laos selected FTS as its partner to implement a centralized enterprise management software system.

Centralized ERP Management System for All Petrolimex Laos Units
Comprehensive management solution includes the following modules:
- Accounting – Finance: Follow receivables, cash funds, bank transactions, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Sales Management: Manage selling prices; record sales transactions for customers and agents.
- Purchasing Management: Track purchasing transactions from suppliers, including goods received into the central warehouse or distributed to subsidiaries and retail stations.
- Fuel Inventory Management: Track fuel import–export–stock activities; track density, temperature, VCF, import/export methods; and automatically convert actual liters to standard liters (Lit30).
- Transportation Management: Manage orders, vehicle and driver information, routes, freight charges, and compartment separation operations.
- Petrol Station Management: Record retail and wholesale transactions by shift, reconcile pump meter readings to determine sales volume, and generate orders and sales invoices.
FTS implements the FTS ERP enterprise management system using a centralized data model for the entire operational structure, including:
- Parent company
- 18 depots and retail stations across the provinces
The system integrates business operations, accounting, inventory, retail, and transportation in real time, ensuring unified data and standardized operational processes.
