FTS School supports canteen sales via POS, identifies students/ teachers, manages prices/ receivables, and sends purchase notifications to parents.
Main functions:
- Product & price setup: Manage product information and categories, issue barcodes, and set selling prices by user type (students, teachers) and date.
- POS sales: Identify buyers using fingerprints, student cards, or user codes; identify products via barcode scanning.
- Payment flexible: Cash, card, or charge to user account.
- Norms management: Set purchase limits for each user (if applicable).
- Automatic receivables recording & accounting: Revenue, receivables, inventory, and cost of goods sold are updated directly in the accounting system.
- Parent notifications: Auto send emails to parents with details of student purchases at the canteen.
With this module, the school can closely monitor canteen operations, ensure transparency with parents, and save time for the management team.
