Copy(BKTO) – Within the framework of the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) will organize the Workshop "Upgrading Vietnamese enterprises through digital technology application and connecting to global markets" with the message Go Digital - Go Global (Digital transformation - Reaching international level).
The event will take place on the morning of October 27, 2025, at VinPalace Convention Center, Vietnam Exhibition Center - VEC, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi, expected to attract more than 200 delegates.
The workshop is expected to become an important forum to help Vietnamese enterprises access global e-commerce trends, improve digital capacity, promote e-commerce applications to expand the national consumption market and expand online export channels.
This is an opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to directly meet, exchange and learn from international experts, and at the same time be introduced to support programs to participate in national and cross-border e-commerce platforms.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Deputy Director of the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support, Department of Trade Promotion, shared: “The Organizing Committee hopes that through this workshop, businesses will have new experiences with advanced domestic and international multi-platform e-commerce, thereby increasing opportunities to promote businesses and products, and making new steps in developing the domestic and export markets”.
The workshop will include thematic discussion sessions with content that closely meets the needs of the Vietnamese business community.
Specifically, including: Trends in applying digital technology in global trade promotion; Opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese businesses in cross-border e-commerce; Connecting manufacturers with domestic consumers; Online trading connection platform for Vietnamese export businesses; Safe cross-border payment - optimizing costs for businesses; Digital technology in logistics and supply chain management; Trade promotion on online exhibition platforms; Effective communication solutions on digital platforms; Expansion strategies for the Vietnamese market on payment methods.
In addition to presentations by experts, the Workshop will have a direct consulting area where businesses will be specifically guided on strategies and methods of participating in e-commerce platforms, as well as accessing support programs of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in digital transformation.
With the participation of representatives of state management agencies, business support organizations, enterprises in the fields of information technology, e-commerce at home and abroad, and a large number of Vietnamese enterprises, the Workshop is expected to create a strong shift in the capacity to promote digital trade, contributing to the further development of Vietnamese goods in the domestic market and reaching out to the international market.
